Forgiveness

 We forget to forgive because how can we give up being right

We forget to forgive because being right seems to be the light

When the darkness ensues and results in a never ending fight

 We still  forget to forgive if we think we have the might

How quickly light and dark are misunderstood

Forgiving is not weakness but the power  of good

To forgive is not to  excuse

but an active choice of what energy to use

a realization of whats at stake and what we could lose

Forgiving is not for anyone but  you

For then you move on and live life true

those who choose to remain stuck in some past

Will not be an influence whose power will last

To err is human to forgive is to aspire

To live a life that G-D  has destined to inspire

Redemption's Tent

I lament for our nation's greatest loss

Our Temple that kept our focus on the "Boss"

Wherever we were we knew our heart

To bloom in the land of our Divine start

A lighthouse of greatness with a light Divine

Hope for all nations to unite and allow the world to shine

But we missed the good in all but a like minded few

choosing a view which was no longer true

Causeless Hatred darkened the day

and in its wake we lost our way

the privilege of a Temple from above

was retracted despite the eternal love

The tears of destruction became an imposing Tidal Wave

that chased us from generation to generation without a save

Against all odds we succeed where others fail

.With G-D as so much more than our chainmail

No matter the travail we take the knocks and always prevail

So although we now still lament

We draw strength from miracles that are sent

Knowing that our souls are never spent

For even darkest night with its greatest dent

Is the harbinger of morning light,Redemption's Tent

Never too Rough

Your diamond is never too rough

Even when mountains cover it, it remains unbreakable,tough

So learn to dig when all you choose to see is dirt

For your diamond awaits , shining bright, for you to rise beyond the hurt

That diamond your piece of the Master, your soul

Filling you with the joy of feeling whole

When polished only as you can will let the pieces start falling into place

In the big picture that is G-D's embrace

Adelle ,every day your parents will see an empty chair

As you in body are no longer there

To describe their pain would not be fair

Because it is unique and beyond compare

Everyday rivers of tears will flow

for you are no longer there to put on your childhood show

Adelle, though your life may have been short your imprint is eternal

G-D is hugging you now but our enemies destiny is infernal

There is no way for us to reduce your parents grief

Yet those of us given more years of relief

Will embrace each golden moment G-d gives with sublime desire

We will have you in mind when we inspire

You will be in our thoughts whenever we aspire

Forever will you reside in our private and national heart

Thus , Adelle ,sweet angel , we will never be apart

I will not give up if I dont see the sun beckoning to rise

I will not despair if morning light delays

I will not fold if life feels like a haze

I will not lose heart when all effort seems for naught

I will not give in , I am not that sort

I recognize that it is not the light of sun that keeps me whole

For I am open to feeling that it is the connection with my soul

That changes my lens to see G-D's light

The secret of my fortitude, resilience and might

So with G-D I know my light shines bright

I remember the good ,the great ,the giving thus gaining the sight

To see that its not as good as it gets

But to find the good in what I get

Then I will be ready to harness the motivation

That will bring within reach G-D's life giving rejuvenation

WHERE DO YOU LIVE?

Those who choose to live in the past

never in the grand scheme of things truly last

For in the past there is no present

and then no future has any consent

Let the past do no more than teach

and only past success will you allow to preach

learning that a lot more than what was is within your reach

your present lies in your choices today

Your future from where you choose to stay

Let G-D in and give each day power

and build a life where you grow and do not cower

CHARGED DESTINY

IF YOUR DESTINY IS NOTHING MORE THAN FATE

YOU MAY IF AT ALL WAKE UP TOO LATE

IN THE EMBRACE OF A HARSHLY DESPAIRING  STATE

YOUR DESTINY IS IN THE DECISIONS THAT YOU MAKE

THE POSITIVE RISKS THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE

THE EFFORT AND ENERGY YOU INVEST AND  NOT IN THE EATING OF CAKE

IT ALL COMES DOWN  TO WHERE YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR STAKE

IF YOU WISH YOUR LIFE TO BE REAL OR  ANNOYINGLY FAKE

SO LIVE YOUR LIFE AS THE UNCONDITIONAL BEST VERSION OF YOU

 FULL OF MOMENTUM  AND ALWAYS TRUE

YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES ARE NEVER PART OF YOUR DEFINITION

THEY ARE THE BREEDING OF YOUR DIVINE ERUDITION

SO SUMMON YOUR  G-D GIVEN POTENTIAL ON YOUR ROAD TO FRUITION

AND CHARGE UP YOUR LIFE IN THE UNDERSTANDING THAT WITHOUT G-D THERE IS NO IGNITION
